Key Responsibilities

• Call students and parents to explain coaching programs for B.Tech, NEET, and 11th & 12th.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Understand student requirements and provide personalized counselling.
• Answer queries related to courses, fees, and admission process.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
• Achieve monthly admission and performance targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Post Graduate (MBA / PGDM / M.Com / M.Tech)
• Experience: 0 – 4 Years
• Gender: Male / Female
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge preferred
