We are hiring enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers / Career Counselors to join our team in Ranchi. In this role, you will connect with students and parents across India, understand their academic goals, and guide them toward the right coaching programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Call students and parents to explain coaching programs for B.Tech, NEET, and 11th & 12th.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Understand student requirements and provide personalized counselling.
- Answer queries related to courses, fees, and admission process.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly admission and performance targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Post Graduate (MBA / PGDM / M.Com / M.Tech)
- Experience: 0 – 4 Years
- Gender: Male / Female
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge preferred
